As part of Leadership Hike Chapter 4, we organized an inspiring Speech Competition to help participants enhance their communication, confidence, and public-speaking abilities. This activity encouraged individuals to express their ideas boldly, articulate their thoughts clearly, and deliver impactful messages. Through this competition, participants demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and stage confidence—important qualities of strong future leaders
Battle of Strength
During Leadership Hike Chapter 4, the Battle of Strength was introduced to promote resilience, determination, and physical power among participants. This energetic challenge pushed individuals to test their endurance and willpower while fostering teamwork and healthy competition. Participants showcased remarkable strength, discipline, and sportsmanship, highlighting their ability to stay focused and motivated under pressure.
Push up Competition
As part of Leadership Hike, we organized a Push-Up Competition to promote fitness, discipline, and resilience among participants. The activity encouraged healthy competition, boosted energy, and highlighted the importance of physical strength as a key element of leadership. Participants displayed great enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and determination throughout the challenge.
Star of Courage
The Star of Courage activity celebrated participants who demonstrated exceptional bravery, emotional strength, and the ability to rise above challenges. This recognition honored individuals who showed confidence, initiative, and a fearless mindset throughout the journey. Their courage served as an inspiration to their peers, reflecting the true spirit of leadership—stepping forward even when the path feels uncertain.
Voice of Influence Male/Female
The Voice of Influence activity was designed to empower participants to use their voice as a tool for positive impact. Through expressive presentations and interactive engagement, individuals showcased their ability to persuade, motivate, and inspire others.
